Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Presmo, operated by Celoyn Global (Pvt) Ltd (“we”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Presmo generates presentation decks from documents, text, or URLs you provide. Output is produced by automated AI and may contain errors — review every deck before relying on it.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

3. Acceptable use

• Only submit content you have the right to use.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to content you submit and to the decks generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. Uploaded documents are processed in memory and not stored after generation.

5. Plans, billing & refunds

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, who acts as Merchant of Record. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
